Our specialist fire and flood emergency work ranges from small accidental damage spills to large fires and floods in the home and commercial premises. Our 24 hour emergency service includes plumbing, electrical works, boarding up/making safe and fire and flood emergency technicians.

Water damage restoration

Whether it is a leak or a major flood that has caused the water damage, our specialist technicians are able to respond quickly, effectively and appropriately. Initial tests are performed to establish the length of time the property has been exposed to water, the amount of moisture that has been absorbed and how deeply the water has penetrated.

We use the most effective water damage restoration techniques and latest drying equipment which can be installed to dry out affected areas and regular progress checks are made. Our drying solutions have effectively negated the need for substantial reconstruction work through faster response times, the deployment of efficient drying technologies and effective management of the project. While drying operations may take days or weeks, reconstruction often means months of disruption.

Fire damage restoration

Our technicians can be on-site within hours of the incident. This fast response is critical to minimise the damage caused by fire and smoke contamination. Once on-site, the extent and nature of the fire damage is accurately diagnosed to ensure the correct course of action and negate the risk of future consequential damage. All fire damaged properties receive a guarantee that buildings, machinery and assets will be free from all incident related contaminates such as smoke and soot. All our trained technicians employ a range of on–site and leading edge techniques to restore both the property and its contents. Where necessary, contents can be restored at one of our specialist fire damage restoration facilities or for expert restoration of furniture, paintings, etc. via our established network of specialist contractors.

Deodorisation

Deodorisation is an essential process to sanitisation and removes from the property smoke, damp and mould odour.

Mould Remediation

Due to potential health risks associated with mould, it is critical that any work is performed by trained technicians. Working with industry experts, we continue to develop the most effective methods of treatment for mould and other types of microbial contaminants.
Where mould is evident, we will develop a comprehensive project plan consistent with industry standards and applicable regulations. A programme of containment, drying, demolition (if necessary) and measurement will be developed.
Once completed, we will document that the area has been thoroughly dried and remediated.  If necessary, we will work with third party health professionals using post-abatement testing to establish that the project has been completed successfully.

Specialist Carpet and upholstery cleaning

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning specialists are not just on hand to follow on after fire damage or water damage. We have a dedicated team carrying out general carpet and upholstery cleaning for domestic and commercial customers.
